The request was approved unanimously by the members present (Alan Sanderson Jr., Montserrat Archbald, Sara Cooper, Judy Markland and Andrew Ostroski). No mover or seconder was recorded in the minutes.
The Committee did not record further conditions; with approval, the estimate may be acted on so the roofing work can proceed to stabilize the building for several years.
