Council approves consent agenda and bills totaling $87,955.57

2) Bills: Motion by Brad Dick, second by Ray Culbert to approve payment of bills in the amount of $87,955.57. Roll call vote: AYES: Dick, Armstrong, Culbert, Cusson, Howd; NAYS: None; ABSENT: MacDermaid, Simons. Motion carried 5-0.
No other formal ordinances, appointments or resolutions were adopted at the session; the draft Code of Ethics was discussed but left as unfinished business for City Attorney review.
