Hebron council directs award of 2025 roadway and waterline improvements to Law General Contracting

At the April 23 council meeting, Administrator Jung‑Han Chen presented the bid tabulation for the 2025 Miscellaneous Roadway & Waterline Improvements Project and asked council to move the project forward as an emergency to meet construction timelines.
Councilmember Kenney Nauer moved to direct the village solicitor to draft legislation awarding the project to Law General Contracting as recommended by V3 Companies; the motion was seconded and passed by roll call with all councilmembers present voting in favor. Chen said the village hopes to schedule this work to coordinate with the Broadway Street culvert replacement project.
Council did not adopt the award ordinance at this meeting; the solicitor was directed to prepare the formal legislation for consideration at a subsequent meeting.
