Minutes: Ray Huntoon moved and Chair Margaret Gregory seconded approval of the Dec. 10, 2025 meeting minutes; the board voted unanimously in favor.
Appointments: Chair Margaret Gregory moved to appoint Officer David Tarjick as acting sergeant; Bart Collins seconded and the motion passed unanimously. An agenda item to appoint an acting police chief (Bruce Cullett) was discussed but tabled until the next meeting on Jan. 28, 2026.
Business certificates: The board approved business certificate requests for K’s Cleaning Services (Kirstin O’Toole) and for Rachel Ellsworth following motions by Chair Gregory and seconds by Bart Collins, with votes recorded as all “Aye.”
Winter roads: Bart Collins moved to review the winter roads budget in the event of a winter emergency and Margaret Gregory seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
Adjournment: The meeting adjourned at 7:10 p.m. after a unanimous vote to adjourn.
