By motion of Councilmember Miller and seconded by Councilmember Schmidt, the council approved the consent agenda, which included approval of the minutes from July 14 and July 17, 2020, bills to date and the June treasurer’s report, and rosters for the Broken Bow Volunteer Fire Department and the Broken Bow Ambulance Service. The minutes list the total bills for the meeting as $138,116.62.
Subsequent unanimous motions approved an interlocal agreement with the Airport Authority for the 2020-2021 budget year, a License and Management Agreement and waiver for the Broken Bow Library regarding use of municipal property for non-sports venues, and Viaero right-of-way use applications. The council also set the date and time for the budget workshop: Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2020 at noon.
All routine items passed on recorded roll-call votes with Councilmembers Holcomb, Schmidt and Miller voting aye. The meeting concluded with adjournment at 6:27 p.m.
