Rockwood council approves routine items, training and software; files fire reports

The Rockwood City Council handled several administrative and departmental approvals at its Feb. 4 meeting.
The council approved the meeting agenda (motion M-023-26) and then approved the Jan. 21 minutes and accounts payable by motion M-024-26 (Robertson/Grzywacz). The police department's request to send Harshbarger to Basic Detective School was approved for $595 (M-025-26). The council voted to file and receive the Fire Department's December monthly report and the 2026 annual fire report (M-026-26).
Council approved PACE Scheduler (motion M-028-26) for use by the city. The city also approved $750 for City Administrator Victoria Trush to attend the MGFOA "Beyond the Basics" program (motion M-029-26).
Adjournment was by unanimous motion M-032-26 at 8:12 p.m. The meeting minutes do not record contested debates on these administrative items.
