The consent motion passed 5-0.
Separately, Parks and Recreation Manager Ryan Merritt presented a Special Event and Sound Permit for the Escaramuza Quetzalli horse show scheduled for April 19, 2026 at a private residence (1605 NE 70th Street). City departments reviewed event logistics including traffic, parking and safety; Council approved the permit 5-0.
