Dr. Robinson also noted construction-related change orders and a courtyard project that is out to bid and may return for approval at the May meeting. The committee emphasized refining bond messages based on the focus group and survey results so the public can better understand project need and scope.
Members referenced the district's 1-to-1 device refresh (budgeted on a four‑year cycle) and other capital priorities in committee discussion. The minutes indicate the bond planning work will continue and come back to the board with refined materials.
