It also approved Business Services Resolutions #39 (early childhood and childcare fee standardization) and #40 (SEC Shield contract update). Most measures passed 7–0; Resolution #37b passed 6–1. Motions were recorded on the floor by board members as noted in the meeting minutes.
The board then approved Facilities Resolutions #41 (2021 bond change order approval) and #42 (2021 bond equipment purchase approval), Technology Resolution #43 (student 1-to-1 device replacement), Academic Resolution #44 (four enrollment‑driven teaching positions for 2025–26) and Academic Resolution #45 (approval of the RHS Class of 2025 graduates). All of those motions carried, with recorded support and tally noted in the minutes.
During public comment, Mrs. Danielle Lee asked for clarification on Policy 4005, specifically “what constitutes political and ideological content and who is responsible for making these decisions,” and requested examples of permitted and disallowed displays; the board referred policy materials available on the district website.
The board voted to enter closed session at 7:18 p.m. for the purpose of receiving a legal opinion; the meeting returned to open session at 8:05 p.m., and the board adjourned that night.
