The Paradise Township Planning Commission on March 3, 2026 approved its February minutes and heard several briefing presentations, according to the published minutes.
Doug Herr of PLS Hershey Land Surveyors presented a final lot add-on plan on behalf of Gary Vaksman for 3197 Lincoln Highway East. Amanda Groff of Harbor Engineering presented a combined preliminary/final land-development plan for a five-unit apartment complex at 3413 Lincoln Highway East on behalf of Ben King and 5K Property Management LLC. Robert Visniski of RAV Associates presented a final land-development plan for Cornerstone Retreat at 41 Black Horse Road.
Those three items were listed as briefing items and were discussed; the minutes do not record approvals or denials for those specific presentations. The meeting’s action-item list focused on a separate application for 57 Paradise Lane (which the minutes record as approved with multiple waivers), and public comment was recorded in support of that project.
The commission adjourned at 8:04 p.m.; minutes were submitted by Secretary Joe Phipps.
