Planning commission grants waivers and conditional plan approval for Linville Hill Mennonite School at 295 S Kinzer Rd

The Paradise Township Planning Commission on Nov. 4 approved several waiver requests and granted conditional plan approval for the Linville Hill Mennonite School site at 295 S Kinzer Rd. Steve Hackett, of Site Design Concepts, presented the application and listed requested waivers and modifications.
Hackett requested a waiver or modification of drafting standards and a modification of the plan scale. He also requested waivers for the water feasibility report, sewer feasibility report, traffic impact study and wetlands report. The commission approved the waivers and granted conditional plan approval; the minutes record approvals but do not include motion sponsors or vote tallies.
The meeting record lists attendees and notes that minutes were submitted by Secretary Joe Phipps. The commission called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM and adjourned at 7:23 PM.
