The Pleasant Hill City Council on May 12 approved a final plat and two site plans that move forward multiple local development projects.
Senior Planner Brian Dunkelberger presented the final plat for Elizabeth Gillotti Acres, a proposed residential subdivision of approximately 5.26 acres north of Evans Boulevard and generally in the 5200 block of Pine Valley Drive. Dunkelberger said the plat would create seven single‑family residential lots, reserve two outlots for stormwater management, establish five outlots to be tied to adjacent properties, and extend Burr Oak Boulevard to connect Pine Valley Drive and Evans Boulevard. The council approved Resolution #051226-07 on a 4‑0 vote.
Dunkelberger also described two site plans submitted by Civil Design Advantage: Fourmile Landing (5614 NE 12th Avenue) and Fourmile Collective (5620 NE 12th Avenue). Both properties fall within an I‑1 Light Industrial zoning district. He said the applicants have addressed planning and engineering comments to date, that outstanding comments must be resolved before final site plan approval and occupancy, and that the Planning & Zoning Commission unanimously recommended approval at its March 2, 2026 meeting, subject to remaining staff comments, a development agreement and a retaining wall variance. The council approved Resolutions #051226-08 and #051226-09 by recorded votes of 4‑0.
Actions taken were approvals of the final plat and two site plans; the council’s votes were recorded as AYES: Birch, Hodges, DeMoss, Konrad; NAYS: None.
