Bayberry patio work, lightning detectors and Bass River reopening set for spring

The committee also recorded that a lightning detection and warning system covering Bayberry and Bass River is expected to be operational by the end of April; the system is designed to alert when lightning is detected within five miles.
The minutes note that golf leagues will begin May 1 and the Top Shot benefit tournament is scheduled for May 15 at Bass River. The Bass River restaurant is expected to open before the end of April, while Bayberry’s restaurant opening will be delayed by ongoing patio work. A recurring Nine & Dine event at Bass River is planned for the fourth Thursday from May through September.
