At the Old Casino site (286 Grand Ave), a license transfer to the Old Casino LLC and entertainment/Sunday-entertainment licenses were presented by attorney Kevin Clower and owner Alex Khan. Several condo residents raised parking and valet concerns; applicants said they have a valet contract and separate off-site parking arrangements, and explained that 10 parking spaces are deeded to Unit 9 and not for patrons. The board approved the license transfers and entertainment licenses after questions about operations, hours and parking.
