Chester Board of Finance approves minutes; Rotary raises concern over downtown event charge

The meeting’s most substantive public comment came from Ted Thiegen of the Rotary Club, who said the organization is concerned about a new charge policy for downtown events and asked the town to reconsider how fees are applied to volunteer-run activities. "The Rotary gives back \"in like kind\" to the Town," Thiegen said.
