The North Berwick Planning Board voted 5-0 on June 11 to approve a second amendment to a lot-line revision at Oak Woods Estates, reconfiguring Map 004 Lots 013A and 013B on Butler Road so each parcel is roughly equal in size.
Rob McSorley, project manager for Sebago Technics representing Patco Construction, presented the proposal to rebalance the two parcels to about 23.5 acres each. He told the board the site spans the Village B and Farm and Forest zoning districts and that subsurface test pits — initially with only one passing — were re-run and now all test pits are passing. Planning Coordinator Matt LeConte confirmed the parcels meet the town's 300-foot road-frontage requirement.
Justin Perry moved to approve the amendment; Mark Reed seconded. The board voted 5-0 to approve the lot-line revision.
