The council also approved routine business: payment of city bills totaling $166,431.43, continued use of the upper parking lot by the Harrisville Harbor Farmers Market managed by Laurie S, scheduling of work sessions on Aug. 26 and Sept. 24 to discuss short-term rentals, and updates to airport account signatories removing Ed and Colleen Higgins and adding the current signatories.
