Chair Betty Root called the meeting to order at 4:40 p.m. Commissioner Diane LaPorte moved to approve the agenda, seconded by Commissioner Cynitha Fout; the vote was recorded Ayes: 4, Nays: 0, Absent: 1 and the agenda was approved.
Commissioner Cynitha Fout moved to approve the June 6, 2024 minutes, seconded by Commissioner Diane LaPorte; the minutes were approved by the same recorded tally, Ayes: 4, Nays: 0, Absent: 1. The minutes record there were no public comments on agenda items and no action items were listed. Later in the meeting Commissioner Diane LaPorte moved to adjourn, supported by Commissioner Gale Goldberg, and the meeting was adjourned. The next scheduled meeting is Sept. 5, 2024.
