The Warsaw Village Council on Sept. 17 approved the village finance reports for July and reviewed current fund balances, the council said.
Council members received Fund Status sheets and reconciliations including the Payment Register, Receipt Register, Payroll Register, Appropriation Status and Outstanding Water/Sewer Reports; the reports were moved and approved by roll call. The village’s General Fund balance was reported as $190,857.47. Other reported balances included Street Construction, Cemetery, Parks, Park Saving, Water Operating and Sewer Operating accounts.
Approval of the finance reports was moved and seconded by council members and passed by roll call vote. At the same meeting the council also approved the minutes from the Aug. 20, 2025 meeting and accepted a $180 donation to the park from leftover event proceeds. The minutes record that a council member abstained on the minutes approval and that one council member was absent.
The meeting included routine financial tables circulated to members; the council did not announce additional budgetary actions at the session.
