Warsaw updates residents on water-line replacements, ODNR walk path and Spring Mountain paving

On street work, Robinette said the State of Ohio declined to replace manhole covers on U.S. Route 36 in front of the village offices; Vic Allen Construction is listed as an approved contractor and has completed work on related items. The OPWC 50/50 matching fund grant for Spring Mountain Road paving was noted as nearing completion in the coming months.
