Mount Kisco Architectural Review Board approves storefront sign and home addition; minutes approved

The Mount Kisco Architectural Review Board unanimously approved a wall sign for Teja Mart and an addition to the O’Reilly residence during its Jan. 15 meeting in the Frank J. DiMicco Board Room.
Chairman Daniel Loughney opened the session at 7:30 p.m. Board members present were Daniel Gagliardi, Nicholas Bagley and Andy Gonzalez; James Vallejos was absent. Bill Seegmuller attended as Assistant Building Inspector.
Sukhvir Singh, representing Teja Mart, presented renderings and a detail sheet describing the color and dimensions of a proposed wall sign for 540 Main St. Following the presentation, board member Daniel Gagliardi moved to approve the sign as submitted; Nicholas Bagley seconded. The board recorded unanimous approval.
Teo Siguenza of Teo Siguenza Architect PLLC presented plans and renderings for an addition to the O’Reilly residence at 21 Brook St. After board review, Nicholas Bagley moved to approve the proposed addition; Andy Gonzalez seconded. The motion passed with all members voting in favor.
The board then approved the minutes of its Dec. 18, 2024 meeting. Andy Gonzalez moved to approve the minutes; Nicholas Bagley seconded. Daniel Gagliardi was not present for the December meeting and therefore did not vote; the motion carried with three ayes.
There was no correspondence. The meeting was adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
