City staff demonstrated My360, a free resident portal that allows customers to view daily, hourly and monthly water consumption and set alerts for abnormal usage. The presentation included a short instructional video and step-by-step guidance for residents to register using the six-digit account location number printed on water bills (enid.org/my360).
Staff said the tool is free to residents and can help diagnose issues such as continuously running toilets or other anomalies that increase bills. "You can view it by day, week, month, or year . . . and set a threshold alert," the presenter said, noting the portal will be promoted on the back of utility statements and through social media.
Commissioners praised the availability of the tool and asked about cost; staff confirmed there is no subscription fee for customers. The presentation aimed to increase resident sign-ups before the Independence Day holiday when park and event usage can raise consumption.
For account setup, staff advised using the "location" segment (first six digits) from the water bill and entering the name and address exactly as shown on the bill. Staff directed residents to enid.org/my360 and enid.org/utilityservices for more information and support.
