The Mount Kisco Architectural Review Board unanimously approved a new monument sign for Henry’s Deli at 351 Lexington Avenue during its Dec. 18 meeting. Walter Oudheusden of Sign Stop presented renderings showing the sign’s color and dimensions and explained the proposed face change for the monument sign at the front of the building.
Board member James Vallejos moved to approve the submitted design; Nicholas Bagley seconded the motion and the vote was recorded as "all ayes." The board did not record additional conditions or requests in the minutes.
The approval was recorded as Case #ARB24-38. The board moved on to other agenda items following the vote.
