Staff said these details are addressed at the subsequent site‑plan stage and confirmed private‑street standards were vetted with the fire marshal; staff agreed to provide a fiscal impact analysis for Council.
After discussion the committee voted to forward the master plan amendment to City Council with a recommendation for approval, noting site plan review will follow.
