Applicant revises landscape plan; commission continues to draft amended Order

Cameron Larson of ECR presented an amended landscape plan for properties at 107, 109 and 111 Farm Lane. The plan would install an evergreen hedge to screen a barn, replace the approved asphalt driveway with crushed shell to reduce impervious surface, add a bluestone patio with turf joints to allow drainage, provide a footpath connecting properties, and replace a non-mortared fieldstone wall in the same footprint with granite steps to the rear.
Commissioner Clark questioned whether the proposed arborvitae are native species but said he was comfortable with the plan overall. The commission voted 6-0-0 to continue the matter and asked staff to prepare an amended Order of Conditions for the next meeting.
