M. Stankov, Environmental Planner and Inland Wetlands Agent, presented an overview of the project to the Agency. After the presentation, K. Rawn moved and V. Ward seconded a motion to accept the application, determine that the proposed work may have a significant impact on wetlands, set the public hearing for May 4 at 6:05 p.m., and refer the matter to the Conservation Commission for review and comment. The motion passed unanimously.
The action means the Agency will take public testimony and further consider environmental effects at the May 4 hearing; the referral will allow the Conservation Commission to submit review comments to the Agency prior to any final decision. The minutes record that the Agency also approved the March 2, 2026 meeting minutes on the consent agenda (V. Ward moved; K. Rawn seconded; motion passed unanimously).
