The board approved a reappointment of Kay McKenzie to the Flood and Erosion Control Board (term 3/1/26–2/28/31), directed the addition of a third alternate seat on the Waterford Shellfish Commission and corrected member term dates, and appointed Jonathan Vander Puten to the Shellfish Commission to serve the remainder of a 1/6/24–1/5/28 term.
