The Community Preservation Committee approved the minutes from its Jan. 14, 2026 meeting after a motion by Lili Dwight and a second from Sean Libby; the motion passed unanimously.
The committee reviewed and edited a draft Grant Award Agreement; Alex Galloway will incorporate the clarifying changes into a final draft to be sent to applicants whose projects are approved by Town Meeting.
The group agreed to meet next on Feb. 18, 2026 at 6:15 (SEG 020 lists Feb. 19 via Zoom). Lili Dwight moved to adjourn; Anne Buchanan seconded and the committee adjourned at 7:17 PM.
