Hillsdale board approves December receipts and bills payable totaling more than $1.5 million for General Fund

The board recorded treasurer's receipts of $1,418,851.08 for the General Fund, $66,948.54 for Building & Site, $118,533.21 for Food Service and $43,132.52 for the Activity fund. The bills payable for December were $1,544,997.73 (General Fund), $20,576.39 (Building & Site), $81,069.47 (Food Service) and $20,617.53 (Activity). The motion to approve the consent agenda was moved by Kathy Petersen, supported by Rebecca Portteus and passed 7-0.
These approvals authorize routine district expenditures and acknowledge receipts recorded for December 2024. No public comment was recorded on these items during the meeting.
