Residents ask Sevierville to resolve vehicle-damage claims after collision with city vehicle

During the public forum at the April 20 Sevierville board meeting, Mayor Robbie Fox recognized Kayla Wallace, who requested that the Board authorize the City Administrator to make payment for the diminished value of her vehicle following a collision with a city vehicle. Trevor Wallace provided additional details about the accident and vehicle damage. Donna Whaley, a neighbor to Kayla Wallace, said she also incurred damages from the same collision and stated she felt she had been made whole; Whaley asked that the city resolve the Wallaces’ claim to their satisfaction.
