Commission defers Dolly Parton Parkway warehouse plan over dumpster location and unresolved engineering comments

Development Director Corey Divel told commissioners the applicant had not adequately responded to staff comments or provided necessary engineering clarification; staff recommended deferral. Mayor Robbie Fox moved to defer the item to the next meeting; Vice Chairman Butch Stott seconded. The commission approved the deferral unanimously.
The deferral allows staff and the applicant to coordinate on dumpster placement and engineering responses; no permit or approval was granted at the meeting.
