Planning staff told the commission on March 23 that several major subdivision and land‑development plans remain unresolved and that some recent submittals lack required information.
Planner Mack Breech identified two substantial outstanding plans by name: a project at 4015 Reichert Road and Beaufort Terrace, the latter proposing 73 single‑family dwellings. Breech said Beaufort Terrace had submitted a sketch plan last year and that staff had issued numerous comments on the original submittal; he said he expected the item could come before the commission in April.
Breech also noted that Creekview Heights and the 3801 Walnut Street plan have been inactive for a period and that it is unclear when or whether they will move forward. Commissioners expressed disappointment with neighborhood design and material quality in the files they reviewed and asked about required traffic impact documentation; Breech confirmed a traffic impact study had been submitted for one plan but did not indicate it had resolved commission concerns.
No votes or approvals were taken on development plans at the March 23 meeting.
