Commissioner Pamela Cross noted Section 20‑105 appears twice and that the numbering should be corrected. The board approved advertising the hearing as modified; the motion carried unanimously.
The ordinance text is intended to modernize definitions, clarify collection schedules and ensure operational consistency with the hauling agreement. Resident public comment earlier in the meeting highlighted concerns about a trash‑service price increase; President Lynch asked the resident to provide contact information for staff follow‑up before the hearing.
