"This proposal is for our Traffic Engineer to put together the specs. And bid documents," Jobe said. The fee will not be exceeded without prior written authorization from the board; the motion passed unanimously (mover: Todd Paulich; second: Bob Zundel).
Following the engineering authorization, supervisors voted to advertise bid specifications for the permanent repair. The minutes record planned repairs and a short timeframe for stabilizing the pole; the engineering work will define the permanent scope and procurement steps required.
