Commissioner Gabriel Toledo moved to release units 1 and 3, 5 and 7, 9 and 11, 27, 29, 69, and 71 from the Enforcement Order for Legacy Farms Phase IV on Waterville Lane; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Preston Crow and passed 6-0-0.
