Police are reported to be about halfway through reviewing referenced systems, and the city is conducting a phased review to ensure the final report is complete.
Commissioner Joseph said the first tranche of the Flock ALPR audit logs would be released on June 25 and credited staff for shaping the information and structure of the release. Several public commenters pressed for more transparency about the Flock contract and the contents of the surveillance report during public comment, including calls for clearer public access to logs and contract terms.
City staff described the audit-log release as scheduled and the 90-day review as an interim step to finalize the surveillance report. No final findings or policy changes were adopted at the June 17 meeting; commissioners said additional releases and follow-up reporting will be posted as staff completes the review work.
