Speaker Mary Sue Gmeiner asked the Commission to release audit logs and investigate unauthorized sharing of camera data, saying she was concerned about data handling and public records responses. "She referenced unauthorized sharing of camera data, raised concerns about the City’s response to public records requests, and requested release of audit logs," the public record shows.
Other speakers, including Joseph Abrams, raised related oversight questions about contract provisions and City accountability. Commissioner Fairchild stated the Commission supports releasing the audit logs and asked staff to provide a clear production timeline so the public knows when records will be available. Mayor Turner-Sloss said the Commission has directed their release and that staff are identifying a firm to review audit logs and will provide clarification on procedures and timelines.
No formal vote was recorded to adopt a particular vendor or final production schedule during the meeting; Commissioners requested staff follow up with a timeline and additional details on record production and oversight.
