Committee members authorized the mayor to accept and record the grant of easement.
Separately, the committee reviewed responses to RFP 036278 for 78 Rockdale Ave. Two responsive bids were received; after confirming both bidders were tax compliant and that deposit requirements were met, the committee voted to accept the higher bid and award the RFP to that bidder.
Members also approved a request to display copies of the 21 second‑grade posters in the City Hall foyer.
