For some drive‑thrus the committee required closed‑top outdoor trash receptacles to reduce litter and rodent access.
The Taco Bell at 124 Boston St. was granted an extended license but the committee imposed a 90‑day review requiring the restaurant to meet with the ward councilor and address curbside pickup and trash management concerns. Some renewals were tabled for lack of representation; others were granted subject to documented stipulations recorded in committee minutes.
