Peck council accepts planning commission resignation, appoints two members

The council then appointed Doug Bradshaw to the planning commission; Bradshaw was sworn in by Clerk Christine Risdon during the meeting. The council later appointed Mayor Pro-Tem David Tyler to the commission; Tyler abstained on the vote for his own appointment.
