During the opening business, Bart Collins moved to approve the minutes from March 11, 2026; Ray Huntoon seconded. Because Collins participated by telephone, the board conducted a roll-call vote: Collins — yes; Huntoon — yes. The motion carried.
Ray Huntoon moved to appoint Stacey Whitney as a substitute library assistant; Collins seconded. The board voted by roll call with both members in favor, and the appointment was approved.
Bart Collins then moved to approve a business certificate for James and Jennifer Crane; Huntoon seconded. The roll-call vote was unanimous in favor and the certificate was approved.
At 7:13 PM Collins moved to adjourn; Huntoon seconded. The board voted yes and the meeting adjourned.
