Planning board rescinds January approval for Chinburg LLC preliminary sketch plan

The board voted unanimously, 4-0, to rescind the Jan. 8 approval and revert the submission to Sketch Plan level for continued review.
Board member Jack Olea moved to rescind the earlier approval and to revise the record to reflect continued Sketch Plan review; Mark Cahoon seconded and the motion passed 4-0. The minutes record the action but do not list the specific outstanding memo items; the Town Manager and planning staff will manage follow-up to identify and document required corrections or conditions before any future preliminary or final approval.
