Russ Parks presented product samples, blueprints and design images for bathroom remodels at the high school and middle school and for upcoming projects at Rankin and Dye elementary schools. The presentation provided visual and specification materials for planned bond-funded work; no formal action or vote was taken during the Oct. 21 meeting.
Administrators reported that the district's fiscal audit is complete and that Yeo & Yeo, CPA will present audit findings at the Board's Nov. 11 meeting. Board members also commended staff for activities during Homecoming Week and noted attendance at recent trainings and anticipation for the MASB Annual Leadership Conference.
The materials presented by Mr. Parks and the scheduled audit presentation create follow-up items for district staff and appear on the Board's upcoming agenda items list.
