Hillman council authorizes Habitat for Humanity to submit CDBG Letter of Intent

The Village of Hillman Council authorized Habitat for Humanity to submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) Tuesday to reserve Community Development Block Grant funds through the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) MI Neighborhood Program.
Manager Dave Post told the council that Habitat appeared satisfied with a mortgage agreement and that the council should "go ahead with the mortgage agreement."
