Under the consent agenda the council approved minutes from Oct. 10, 2017, business licenses and building permits issued in October, and bills for the period ending Oct. 31, 2017. The bills list included a Wyoming Water Development Commission loan payment of $78,904.94 and payroll totaling $63,632.67 among many line items. Council Member Barbara Sessions was excused during the meeting. The meeting adjourned at 7:25 p.m.; the next regular meeting is scheduled for Dec. 12, 2017, at 5:00 p.m. at Afton Town Hall.
