Ordinance to limit future water and sewer service fails for lack of second; mayor asks for redraft

Mayor Neuenschwander directed Town Attorney Dale Cottam to prepare a redraft of the ordinance to address the concerns raised by the Council; Cottam told the council a new ordinance would be available for review in the near future.
