Later in the meeting Andy Sessions attended and requested a permit for August 16, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Council Member Griffith moved to approve the permit contingent upon verification of TIPS training from Megan Stoker, Council Member Michael Butler seconded, and the motion passed unanimously.
The minutes record the council conditioned one approval on verification of responsible-person alcohol training (TIPS) and did not note any other restrictions or application denials.
