Both motions—to approve the senior wellness trip and to authorize the international trip—were moved, seconded and passed by roll‑call vote. Committee members said organizers must finalize chaperone lists and follow standard volunteer clearances before departure. The committee did not change trip dates or vendor selections at the meeting.
Next steps: administration will finalize chaperone assignments, publish logistics (transportation, medical clearances), and share payment links with families. The student organizers and school staff will continue fundraising and communicate financial-aid options to families.
