The East Longmeadow Board of Library Trustees tabled consideration of the library's Exhibit Policy at the Feb. 18 meeting while they await final approval from the Town Manager and the town's attorney.
The board did not discuss or adopt policy language at the meeting; the item was postponed to the March meeting pending those external reviews. The decision to table was recorded under Old Business.
In New Business, Library Director Katie McGonigle told trustees the library's annual report has been submitted to the town and is awaiting publication within the full town report.
Procedurally, trustees approved the Jan. 30, 2026 meeting minutes on a motion from Trustee Jean Cintolo, seconded by Trustee Nancy O'Connor; the motion passed unanimously. Jean Cintolo later moved to adjourn, Amy Pawle seconded, and Chair Pawle adjourned the meeting at 1:40 p.m.
The trustees will meet next on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the East Longmeadow Public Library.
