Bolton PZC approves FY2025–26 budget and reelects Manning and Cropley to leadership

At its Dec. 11 meeting the Bolton Planning & Zoning Commission approved the proposed FY2025–26 budget by a 6–0 vote and elected officers for the coming year.
Patrice Carson presented the budget request and reported payroll expenditures were current through November but advertising expenses had not been fully posted. Carson said "no budget increases are needed; however, the budget is based on PZC activity," and the commission generally remains within its allocated range. Chairman Tom Manning moved to approve the FY2025–26 budget as presented; the motion carried 6–0.
The commission then elected officers by voice vote. Arlene Fiano nominated Tom Manning for chairman; the motion carried 6–0. A.Fiano nominated James Cropley for Vice‑Chairman/Secretary; the motion carried 6–0. The commission also received correspondence about a Land Use Commissioner training on Dec. 12 (0.5 training credits).
Ending: The commission adjourned at 8:36 p.m. after a motion by James Cropley; the motion to adjourn carried 6–0.
